Unfortunately returns are not accepted due to change of mind by purchaser/recipient. However, if your product arrives damaged, we will replace it if stock allows and proof of damage is provided.
Generally, exchanges are returned at purchaser's cost.
Should the rare event of damages occur, please contact us via email and we will minimise any inconvenience and organise a replacement with a response within 48 hours. Please follow the below instructions for all exchange or return procedures:
1. The item/items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. The product(s) must be new, i.e. unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. If returning due to damage, please photograph goods as they were received.
3. Email us at email@example.com with your name, invoice number, product name, and reason for return and request for replacement. Please title email subject as 'return' or 'exchange'.
4. All freight costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customer's expense. The Marker by Gillian Dinh can not be held responsible for any products lost/damaged during return transit.
